Made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot grapes (81% and 19% respectively) grown organically in the Temple Bruer vineyard, this wine displays classic minty Cabernet notes, with hints of red berries, spice and cigar-box. The palate is long and firm, yet supple, with ‘sweet’ fruit flavours evident. Try it with duck, game or other full-flavoured dishes. The wine was not cold stabilised and may develop a crust on ageing.
